Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This page explains what happens to your data when you visit playasapgame.com ("the Site"). Short version: almost nothing.

1. Data controller

Giuseppe Cubeddu, operating the ASAP: As Stressed As Possible project. Contact: info@playasapgame.com

2. What data we process

This Site is purely informational: it does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and has no sign-up or contact form. It does not collect, store, or request any personal data from visitors, so no cookie banner is shown. The only data that exists is generated automatically by standard web hosting infrastructure: our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps an aggregate technical access log (IP address, country, device type, and access time), which can be viewed and searched by IP address through our hosting panel; retention of this log is managed by Hostinger as part of their standard hosting infrastructure, not by us directly. We process this data under our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the Site secure and functioning; on our side, we do not sell, export, or use it for marketing. How Hostinger itself handles this data as our hosting provider, including any transfers to sub-processors outside the EU/EEA under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, is governed by their own privacy policy (hostinger.com/privacy). On our side, there is no automated decision-making or profiling of any kind.

3. Your rights

This Site does not collect any personal data of its own, so there is nothing for you to access, correct, or delete on our end in the usual sense. You always retain the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability under the GDPR — in practice, none of them currently has an object to apply to, since this Site holds no personal data of its own. The only data that exists is the aggregate technical log described in Section 2, held entirely within our hosting provider Hostinger's infrastructure; how that data is retained and deleted is governed by Hostinger's own privacy policy (hostinger.com/privacy), not by us directly. If you have written to us by email, we can delete that correspondence on request. You still have the right, at any time, to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority in your own country of residence.

4. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the Site's functionality changes, for example if analytics, a store, or a newsletter signup are added in the future. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
